# Auto Unlock Not Working - New U-Bolt Pro

Very frustrated! Bought the new U Bolt Pro specifically for the “Auto Unock” feature, but can’t get it to work. Bluetooth is connected as well as WiFi. I drive down the street, I get the message “You are now in Away Mode”, then I drive home and get the message “Welcome back - Front door will unlock when you approach your door”. But it never opens automatically! Spent 6 hours on this piece of crap.

Any ideas please? Many thanks in advance.

Yeah, the links you sent me for support were broken. I tried all your help documents and the auto open still doesn’t work. Try again

Fixed! Problem is - Auto Lock was set to “instant” and instantly locking the door after Auto Unlock. If anyone has this issue, make sure you set a delay (at least 2 mins). Thanks for the great phone support!
