Hi - we had tenants who installed an Utraloq U-Bolt Pro in our property. We have now moved into the property and I was trying to connect it to the app.
I get an error saying:
“Registration error,possible reasons:
- The lock was not successfully reset.
- The lock is still bound to your account or someone else’s (e.g., the previous owner of the house).”
I have already factory reset and have been able to set an admin code, user code and fingerprint codes directly on the lock but would like to be able to manage this through the app. We do not have contact with the former tenants.
Grateful if you can let me know how to fix this issue.
