Deadbolt is not retracting all the way when unlocked through the app (it does retract all the way when the deadbolt is unlocked manually). Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks. ---

I had the same problem but realized it was because you need to have the deadbolt in “locked” position when you put in the batteries. That seemed to fix it for me.
