# Flashing Front Panel

When I try to put either thumbprint or numerical code, the whole panel screen flashes/pulses then the red dot lights up. I’ve taken out batteries and all.

Is it becasue of my phone being in proximity?

I can still unlock with phone, but it is really annoying and inconvenient.

Any way to resolve this?
