I am currently in a similar issue, can’t contact previous owner. The device has been factory reset but now i’m not secured as i cannot connect it to my app. I have been calling customer support for days and i keep being met with there’s no agent available, please help

Same issue, I contacted support put a ticket in. waited 30 days for contact with previous original owner and received no answer( 2 owners ago. I was told to set up stand alone 3 messages later I’m told I will never be able to use the app unless the previous owner gives us the access. I was offered a discount code to buy their product again. A premium product should have a way to deactivate a non-user. A support group that tells a user to only use half the functions or buy a new product, poor service.

I am having a very similar issue. Moved into a new house in June. Hit “reset” on two Ultraloqs and contacted the previous owners in July. Previous owner said that the locks do not show on their account, but I still cannot access them at my end. Would love some help! Thanks!
