# Transfer users from one UBolt to another

I have approximately 30 users in a UBolt device that died and I would like to transfer those users to the new UBolt device that I just received through a warranty replacement (thank you for the fantastic warranty.)

Both devices are registered in my app but I cannot transfer the users from old device to new device. This requires me to re program 30 upcoming Airbnb guests by date and each Individual code, again.
