As expected U-Tec came back saying since it’s electronics and more than a year, it’s already out of warranty and no dice!! I have to pay for a discounted new one it seems and not very happy that it’s a quality issue with so many folks here and the company won’t stand behind wide spread issues like this.
I will never recommend this brand to anyone.
Nailed it on the bad customer service. Also. I think we all have no learned the expensive way, that this is simply a bad company with faulty products.
