# Ultraloq Combo Lock - Fingerprint Reader Light Constantly On

As of a week ago, my Ultraloq Combo Lock has the fingerprint reader light on constantly. It never goes off. This causes the lock to blow through batteries in a few days. Support doesn’t seem to have a solution. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone seen this before?
