# Unable to update lock

I am having issues upgrading my lock to my U-Bolt Pro Wifi lock from firmware 1.21.0023 to 1.22.0023. I haven’t been able to update it for while. I have tried to factory reset the lock, but that did not resolve my issue. I have tried over bluetooth and wifi with no luck.
An additional note, I takes me multiple time factory resets with the reset button before I can get it to link with my phone to do the initial setup. Not sure if it is related, but it can be difficult to setup after a reset.

An update, I did find the manual way to update the lock in the link below. I had to find the firmware file needed for my U-Bolt Pro wifi lock in the the file structure of their file hosting site. But the lock still will not update.
