I have 2 u-bolt pro wifi and both are unable to upgrade their firmware. I’ve tried it all, including changing my wifi router and resetting the locks. Please advise.

Just seeing this thread. I too cannot update my bluetooth firmware for my U-Bolt Pro WiFi lock. I tried removing the batteries, restarting my phone, using the 2.4 wifi band, standing next to the lock etc.

It’s happening AGAIN!? I can see a firmware update and it refuses to apply. I go to wifi settings and it says disconnected.If I quickly flick back to wifi settings it shows connected for 1 second, then goes to “Disconnected” state AGAIN. Seriously. How can you guys do such a bad job of something as simple as a firmware update?!?!?!

Strong wifi 2.4GHz, new batteries about 30 attempts, but firmware upgrade always fails please help!

Ubolt Fingerprint won’t update to the latest firmware. App says firmware available but always fails.
