I own a short-term property management company. We would love to switch from Yale Assure locks to Ultraloq, due to the poor quality of Yale locks, however we cannot find a way to dynamically push unique, temporary codes to the Ultraloq lock for our guests. We have used several lock managers (Guesty Locks Manager, now we use SuiteOp, and we used one other I cannot remember the name of). None of them support Ultraloq integration. SuiteOp (our current lock manager) has a Smart Things integration, so we integrated Ultraloq to Smart Things, only to find that we cannot push or edit codes using that integration, so it was a failed test.
Property managers are a big market for smart locks. The major players (Yale and Schlage) have garbage products. Ultraloq could step in and save the day.
