I have seen this message and see a firmware fix but I can’t update my firmware and locks keep locking 30 sec after unlocked. Just installed today and not happy.

I’m having the same issue with three locks. I’ve deleted each lock and reinstalled them. They work a couple times and then they drop off line again. The 30 second auto lock has been happening to me too. Even though it’s disabled it’s still going to lock. I’ve now put it on auto lock but change the timing to 30 minutes.
