Auto Unlock Relocks too quickly

The auto unlock feature correctly detects when I leave the area and come back (Wifi pro with door sensor)

The problem is that it often relocks before I get to the door. I do have my auto lock set to 10 sec because I when I leave I want to hear it lock before I get too far from the door. It seems that when there is an auto unlock I should be able to set a longer relock interval or be able to disable the re-lock.

Hi mine does the same.

I have it set for 5 minute relock but on return home it relock in seconds before I get out of the car sometimes.

Did you get a solution? Ubolt pro with wifi bridge.

I’m having the same problem. I have the lock set to automatically unlock whenever I come back home, but it always locks right before I get to my door.

Same problem here. I see the auto unlock work, but won’t give me enough time to get out of the car and relocks very quickly.

Please upgrade the lock’s firmware to the latest version and check whether the issue will get fixed. Please also double-check whether the auto lock timing you set is too short.
