Auto unlock does not work since recent app uodate please fix or let me go back to old app so it will work again

Customer service was no help
I have had the same issue that since this new update my lock has been acting up and. It locking/unlocking like regular. It is now unreliable. Also, I am unable to check the battery level in settings.
Auto Unlock starting working again.
