I recently changed my UltraLoq and I can control via bluetooth. The app says bridge paired with lock and bridge light is solid green. However when I am out of bluetooth range app says Bridge disconnected and I cannot control it. Have removed and added several times.
I had same problem with a new lock that around purchased late 2025.
Lock would work in bluetooth mode but not in wifi
It seems the bridge will loose connection but still show that its still hooked up and at times very hard to get it to connect to wifi
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and that seems to be working now
make sure you have a 2.4 network available for it to hook up to
i had to change my wifi settings to allow the 2.4 and the 5.0 networks to show up as separate networks
