We have 5 UltraLoq Z-Wave smart locks. The Alexa integration was working “ok” for months (working 75% of the time but 25% of the time reporting “something wrong” with one or more of the locks), but then it stopped working entirely. I removed and re-added the skill. That fixed it for about a day. I decided to try adding a Hubitat Z-wave hub. That allows Alexa to control the locks around 60% of the time, but asking Alexa if all the doors are locked responds with “something is wrong” for all the locks 100% of the time. ChatGPT said it found comments on the Hubitat forum that this is caused by a bug with their Alexa integration, with no ETA on a fix. Is there a Z-Wave hub that we could buy that would actually give us a smooth Alexa experience? I have an old SmartThings hub (2015 model), but will need to get Samsung support to help me re-activate it. Before I spend time on that, I just want to know if there is any clear path to Alexa reliability with these locks or is that just a dream?
