Latch 5 was working fine all day, now it will not open! Fingerprints, codes, and passage mode were all attempted and I hear the motor turning and see the green light, but the handle still has the loose turning feeling like it does when locked. Latch 5 is permanently unlatched?
Thankfully I still have the keys in a separate area, but they do not allow the handle to work either! I’m locked out! If there is not a solution to this problem, I will need to drill the lock out as there is no other way in to this room…
Please help! Ticket submitted, but I need urgent ideas in case anyone has had a similar experience!
