I bought two of the colored lights and a plug got them all hooked up into the app they were working fine today they stopped working all of them I uninstalled them all tried to reinstall them none of them will connect customer service had me uninstall the app and reinstall it and now the app crashes every time I try to install something customer service had me uninstall the app and reinstall it and now the app crashes every time I try to install something anyone else having this issue I’m about literally ready to send everything back
