New Bolt lock details

This the new lock about to be released this fall but seems to be available on Amazon.com

Afew details seem to be a little vague. Hopefully someone can clarify.

  1. Is there an Auto Unlock feature?

  2. If yes, is it using Bluetooth? As the specs that are shown don’t show any Bluetooth connectivity function.

  3. what protocol is it going use to Auto unlock? Amazon’s AI question form says it’s via Matter

  4. If so, what is the range when this function activates? No info available

  5. Can Support please provide more details on this?

@Su1 Hi Su, the Bolt Lock itself doesn’t support the Auto Unlock feature in our U home App. However, some 3rd-party Matter platforms might have and support this feature.

Thank you for your reply. Can you then tell me which smart deadbolt that has Matter + Thread with fingerprint & has auto unlock feature?
