About two weeks ago, my Ultraloq Smart Lock stopped responding to the fingerprint modeto unlock. Now, it will not unlock using any of the modes (fingerprint, code entered by keypad on door, nor remotely), and it sometimes won’t lock automatically when I unlock it manually. It is not the battery because I just bought the system a few months ago (less than 6 months ago). I had to return the first system that I bought because the bridge would not pair. Now I am having these issues with the lock. Can anyone give any suggestions to resolve the issues? Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
