I’ve purchased 3 locks and they are all duds. They lose connection. Open randomly. Drops wifi. Locks me out. Have to rebuild the battery to get it to work. I thought 1 may have been a technical error but 3 is insaine!
Same but with 2 locks have had them replaced numerous times still randomly disconnect. The support has reached out to me for 2 + months now I wish they would just refund my money for the 2 locks because they are worthless as locks. They are for securityband safety they should be stable and work correctly
I am having the exact same issues with all three of my locks….
One day the lock works one way….. and the next day it does exact opposite with out me making any changes in the app. I’m so over these problems and I’m going to start looking at other options. I’ve felt with these issues for 1 1/2 years. Support does nothing to help with this. So frustrating!!
I am going to file a claim with the BBB, mayve write to my states attorney generals. I’ve even thought about a Class Action there are literally hundreds and hundreds of people with the same issues. On going issues that never get resolved. I’ve actually spent even more money to get different hardware for these to work. That’s just the wifi part as for the “matter” Bluetooth that is a complete joke.
Well, keep me updated if you do and need help because I’m over these problems. I spent so much on three locks for them not to work and then find a better new lock. Another issue I have is the battery’s… they sure don’t last very long. I’m constantly changing them out with new batteries. Case in point and why I’m saying this is because I had a notice that the batteries were low. I took them out and put the new ones in. Three hours later, I’m still getting pop up notices that the batteries are low lol! I used the old batteries that I took out in some flameless candles because I knew there was no way the lock had used that amount of power that quick!
Friday night…well Saturday morning, I realized my front door had not locked and I home alone while my husband is out of town. I did tell them a while back if anything happens to my car.. the garage has a lock that has already been replaced with a new motor and that one doesn’t work.. anyways I told them I am holding the responsible if anything happens to my car or my house!! It’s just disappointing!
