Hi, I’m trying to add a new user and the “loading” arrow keeps spinning and finally get this error message.

I have not reset the lock though I did replace the batteries recently which has not caused issues in the past. Any idea how to fix this? I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and did not help.
This error is so frustrating. The app has too short a timeout since there is a HUGE lag when managing users via the U-Tec server. I need to manage a lock half-way around the world. I have 1Gbps internet at both ends but the global traffic lag results in timeouts.
