We’ve had this door lock since June 2022. It’s been great until recently (2025-08).
For the past month it will randomly start making noise as if someone is trying to access with fingerprint and getting denied. This will go on every few seconds for several minutes and then stop. Then may repeat a few minutes later. Or not again for several days.
It’s freaking me out especially at 0400 in the morning.

I moved into new home and lock was here. It does this to me CONSTANTLY and they are not willing to replace the lock due to me not having purchase receipt it will even auto u lock n lock on its own and as a single mother with small kids in house the beeping n unlocking is driving me crazy i would not recommend this lock to anyone its just not safe at allll!!! Mines is currently beeping now reason im on this thread. They want me to buy a whole new lock and im not doing that after reading these posts i think its beat to remove and find another company.
