My Ultraloq bolt-F-NK is not connecting to Bluetooth as I get a pin error so what is going on.
I am also unable to connect it to withings app
When I try to reset the lock with the the reset button on the lock seems like nothing occurs
Extremely frustrating since on the lock I have a green light
