My bridge decided to stop pairing with my Ultraloq Pro lock after one year. Bought a new bridge, this one is showing the same problems. Scan finds bridge, but won’t connect to wifi. The app says that pairing failed, but the light goes from solid yellow to green. Un-pair, reset bridge, same thing again. Wifi signal is fine, bridge is in same location it always was. I’ll return the new bridge to Amazon, and keep trying with the old one, but can anything be done to make it work? Or do I just need to buy a new lock from a different brand?
