@U-tec Team I need help escalating a firmware/memory leak issue (Ticket #528589).
Device: U-Bolt WiFi Issue: After a variable period (days/weeks), the lock enters a “zombie” state:

Auto-lock timer fails.

Physical LED indicators stop working.

App logging stops (even though I can still control the lock via app).
Diagnosis: This is 100% a firmware crash or memory leak. A battery pull (hard reboot) fixes it instantly every time.
Support Status: Tier 1 support (Savy) keeps asking me to cycle the lock via Bluetooth or replace the hardware. This is a software bug, not a hardware defect. Can someone with technical access look at this? I don’t want to RMA a unit just to get another one with the same buggy firmware.
