I came to this community to find answers to problems similar to my own. Instead all I see is references to tickets which consequently has people asking the same question over and over again creating more and more tickets. Why not just post the answers instead of a ticket number.
I just got a new wifi lock and it locks on its own even with the door open and autolock is off. Please post an answer here so that others can benefit. Thank You
