I would really like my U-Bolt to let my Ecobee thermostat know that a door is open or closed. Ecobee has door/window detectors, but why double up when the U-Bolt already knows? I looked at IFTTT for this, since they both support it… but the available actions for Ecobee aren’t sufficient. Would Home Assistant be able to help with this? Thanks for any ideas anyone might have!
