WiFi won’t connect to Starlink

Was able to set up the WiFi integrated lock with ATT (poor strength) WiFi. Lock worked great, just what I wanted. Upgraded to a much superior WiFi (Starlink) and now lock will NOT connect! Went through every reset and trick given, put in multiple tickets with NO response! I could’ve purchased a much less expensive lock for what features are available to me now!! Don’t buy this lock! Fine that you don’t have anyone to call on the weekend for those of us that work long weekday hours, but then respond to a ticket!
