2 phones with auto-unlock makes lock unlock twice?

I saw other posts about auto-unlock unlocking more than once but they were at least a year old, and I didn’t see any resolution so I’m starting this thread. As I had posted in one of those threads I too noticed that after auto-unlocking I would come in and shut the door and my instant auto-lock would lock, only to have the door unlock again a short time later. It hasn’t been that big of a deal for me as my auto-lock doesn’t fail to re-lock the door. But it isn’t right and it’s been years. But one thing I did notice, and I’m not sure if this is the issue or not, but I did notice that if 2 of us came in, and we both come in is when it seems to happen. I looked at the logs and saw an unlock for both of us. Is it possible that in this day and age the lock doesn’t know what side of the door we are on, and therefore doesn’t know to not unlock it for the second person? I’ve had car remotes for literally decades now that know when my car keys are still in the car and won’t lock the car when I press the lock button on the door. It seems almost inconceivable to me that they would not have built that in/programmed for that. But, then again is seems inconceivable to me that after promising to improve the Z-Wave functions for smart hubs for many years now they have not done anything at all. So much promise, so disappointed.
