Bolt doesnt open in full

Hi, I have just installed my new pro wifi lock…very easy. The deadbolt doesnt recede in full when unlocked and often the door cannot be opened as a result. I didnt adjust the barrell upon installation and dont believe this to be the solution but in either case am looking for guidance. Thank you
