Help please, ultraloq Pro wifi not turning
Installer used the key during the install ie he did not follow instructions
We’ve also had the unit keyed alike with other doors that don’t need smart functionality
The back assembly has a pin in it that is preventing the spindle from turning upwards and from turning the deadbolt
Please help…what do I need to do to fix this??
