New lock registration error

Bought a U-bolt pro WIFI off Amazon earlier in the week. Day I got it, installed and immediately hot a registration error. Reset the lock 4 times. Submitted a ticket with all the info they wanted and got 1 reply which was asking to confirm my shipping address. Called and “expedited” the ticket 2 days ago, since they won’t assist when called. Needless to say I’m irritated with the complete lack of customer support. In the meantime while I find a different company to buy a new lock from, i have an expensive manual lock. I also know I’m not the first to have this issue so you would think it would be a quick fix.
