Notice Server Malfunction

Hi, I recently purchased two Latch 5 NFC and Five Ultraloq Bolt Wifi and when I trying adding my locks I keep getting server malfunction.

Hi! I recently purchased an Ultraloq Bolt Fingerprint WiFi and I having the same issue. I’m getting an error message “Server malfunction” when trying to assign the deadbolt with a room using the Xthings app on Android

I bought two Latch 5 NFC and five Bolt Wifi and having the same issue, strangely I have my old lock added and it works fine. Only when I try to assign it a room, I get server malfunction which means there is something on ultraloq backend that is giving this error.

@Baptiste @fabimelo We sincerely apologize for this trouble caused. Our R&D has already fixed this bug on our server. Please try to add new devices again.
