Hi,
My lock is locking and unlocking “manually” every minutes. For now, I have change the lock mode from normal to lockout. Any known solutions to this issue?

My Entry Lock Is unlocking itself only a minute or so after I lock it manually or by using the app!
If I don’t stand there waiting for this to happen & then pushing the lock button on the lock outside several times it will not lock the house so I can leave!!!
When I get home after I finally get in because the lock has been locked so many times I must go thru an unlocking of it 3 or 4 times to get it to unlock!
Then before I get in the door it locks itself back so the throw is out & I can’t close the door without manually unlocking it!
Once I am inside & manually lock the door the danged thing UNLOCKS ITSELF AGAIN!!!
If I don’t check the thing several times & manually lock it everytime it will unlock itself a few minutes after I have locked it!!!
I bought a new one to install thinking this one was just worn out after 2 or 3 years. But I hate to even install that one & am considering just junking the one I have had for several years & going to something else!
I have been on computers for 40 years & this is not a successful experience with an automated product…. It worked great for a couple years. But when things began going wrong it seemed to just get worse! I am 72 & live alone. And I can’t be certain that my home is locked when I leave or is locked when I go to bed!…. It’s seeming to be a lawsuit just waiting to happen. Just hope it’s not me who should have filed it!!!
