I have an automation setup in the Uhome app that includes both Utec light switches and Utec dead bolt locks. This automation is triggered by light switch #1 being turned off, then all other light switches turn off and two dead bolt should lock via the automation. In this automation the lights turn off but the dead bolts never lock or beep. I have verified and replaced batteries in the dead bolts and the dead bolts do work, lock/unlock, from the Uhome app. The Wifi signal to the locks and switches is very good. Everything else seems to be in good order, what do yall think I am missing or should try? Or is this automation broken?
Automation setup #1 - hardware triggered
- Turn off light switch #1.
- Automation triggers and turns off light switch #2 and #3, then locks dead bolt #1 and #2.
- Verified all light switches turn off but dead bolt #1 and #2 do not lock.
Automation setup #2 - software triggered, this automation was setup for testing and verification.
- Click Sleep scene in Uhome app.
- Automation triggers and turns off light switch #1, #2 and #3, then locks dead bolt #1 and #2.
- Verified all light switches turn off but dead bolt #1 and #2 do not lock.
